How it Works
Personal Development Coaching is a short-term intervention that typically lasts 10-15 sessions. It is based on scientifically validated methods, tools, and techniques. At the beginning of the process, specific goals are set, and the issues the Coach will address are mutually agreed upon.
Next, the detailed goal processing begins, during which the Coach supports the client by helping them develop the skills needed to achieve the desired changes. Throughout the collaboration, the Coach creates a safe and supportive environment that allows the client to authentically explore their thoughts and choices.
What DOES NOT Happen in Personal Development Coaching
During the collaboration, the Coach does not provide ready-made solutions or intervene directly in the client’s decisions. Additionally, the Coach does not take a stance on the client’s personal issues, nor do they judge the client for their choices.
The Coach helps the client activate their internal locus of control, unlock their potential, make decisions that are right for them, and take action independently.
