Leadership Coaching
What is Leadership Coaching
It is a relationship that develops between a Coach and a client, in which the Coach helps the client unlock their potential, manage their own limitations as well as those of their environment, explore new possibilities, develop new skills, and ultimately grow as a leader.
Who Is It For?
For entrepreneurs or business executives who manage personnel, for executives who are preparing to take on team management, for members of the Armed Forces, as well as for anyone who wishes to develop leadership skills.
How It Can Help You:
- Development of personnel management skills
- Increased adaptability in rapidly evolving environments
- Transition from managerial to leadership mindset and behavior
- Conflict management
- Development of negotiation skills
- Improvement of decision-making processes
- Enhancement of training skills
- Increased ability to exert influence
- Development of the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Development of teamwork and collaboration skills with other teams
How It Works in Practice
Leadership Coaching is a short-term intervention focused on processing and achieving goals within the leadership spectrum. The intervention is based on evidence-based processes that are structured as follows: Initially, an exploration of the client’s current situation takes place, precise goals are set, and the issues on which the Coach will intervene are mutually agreed upon.
Next, the in-depth processing of the goal begins, during which the Coach supports the client by utilizing appropriate approaches, tools, and techniques. Throughout the process, the Coach creates a safe environment of complete acceptance, providing the client with the space to authentically explore their thoughts and choices.
What Does NOT Happen in Leadership Coaching
During the collaboration, the Coach does not provide ready-made solutions and does not intervene directly in the client’s decisions. Additionally, the Coach does not take a position on the client’s personal matters and does not judge them for their choices.
The Coach helps the client activate their internal locus of control, unlock their potential, make the right decisions for themselves, and take action.
